Model Release Agreement (Minor)

This Model Release Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into on 08/04/2026, by Contributor and Company.

In consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

In consideration for the agreed-upon compensation, the undersigned Model hereby grants the Photographer/Videographer and their assigns, licensees, and legal representatives the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and distribute the aforementioned media content for commercial purposes, including but not limited to, sale and licensing on stock media platforms.
The Participant further grants the Photographer the assignable, perpetual, irrevocable, unrestricted and worldwide rights to use the Content according to the terms below:

• The Participant understands that the Photographer/Videographer will retain full ownership over the Content and retain the right to use, reproduce, copyright, modify, adapt, distribute, broadcast, sell, transfer, dispose of or create derivative works from the Content without the Participant’s further inspection, permission or approval. The Participant understands that the Photographer/Videographer may use the Content in other mediums, now known or hereinafter created. The Participant further understands that the Content may be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes.


• The Photographer/Videographer is under no obligation to publish the Participant’s name in connection with the Content.


• The Photographer is under no obligation to use the Content in any form. The use of the Content is at the sole discretion of the Photographer/Videographer.

Contributor and the minor release and discharge Company , its agents, employees, and any third parties acting under its authority, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses, whether at law or in equity, known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Media

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
